This presentation will be a brief summary of the types of medical problems Dr. Kelly has encountered during his short-term medical mission experiences in 77 different countries. For example, if a child has a fever in the U.S. it's probably viral, but in Uganda it's probably malaria. Primary care with limited clinical diagnostics is extremely important because there is no secondary specialist care in most of the developing countries.
